As we close out 2011 we want to thank you for your faithfulness to Teen Challenge; a commitment that is clear through your financial support. We prepare for 2012 with anticipation, knowing that God has a plan for this program to continue touching lives, changing hearts, and transforming men, women, teens, children, and families from the inside-out.

This is all possible because of you! Over the years, Teen Challenge has helped many people, but that doesn’t mean we ever forget anyone who has helped make that possible. You are one of those people. It doesn’t matter whether you have given $5 or $5,000 in the past—your support is making a difference.

We want to be the first choice for people who are struggling with life controlling problems, a choice of hope and a place where they can learn to live without a drink or a drug to get through the day. A place where they can learn to be the parents that their children need them to be. A place where a husband or father can forgive and be forgiven. A fresh start. 

We’re together in a powerful endeavor. In today’s political and social climate, defending the lives of those who have lost their way with love and conviction is—quite honestly—difficult. But we’re in this together. There are a couple of ways we can look at this. We can look upon our situation as a burden or we can take it as a challenge and succeed in truly turning our culture toward life. And that’s exactly what you have helped us do this year. 

So—despite the challenges—our plan is to continue moving forward as a recovery program. We’re reminded that we always advance with wisdom; yet when it comes to matters of life, there is no room for retreat.

Launching Teen Challenge into the New Year

Of course at year-end,  your special gift will give us a significant boost as we hope to close out the year in the black rather than the red.  If this is possible for you, we would appreciate your remembering Teen Challenge.  If you are giving monthly, perhaps you will consider a “13th Gift” at this time, matching your regular investments in this ministry with an extra gift.
