The Streams of Living Water Women's Center started out in 2002 as a Turning Point Outreach, involving support groups meeting at local churches and in public auditoriums as well as providing Jail Ministry to help those who were not able to be in one of the Teen Challenge Centers. In January 2005 the Redwood Men's Center found a home and shortly after in March 2005 the Women's Center was also able to find a home at the Streams of Living Water Women's Center.
